In the last 2 weeks, Triton has installed utilities into the buildings in the western block of Baltimore Street, including new water service lines, fire suppression lines, fiber conduits, and sanitary sewer service lines. They have also installed new fire hydrants and yard hydrants in that area. The street now sits about a foot lower in that block, as they prepare to install the planting soil cells and other associated subgrade features. Two concrete plinths have also been installed- one in each parklet - which will hold artwork and the Christmas tree upon completion of the project.
