The Baltimore Street Revitalization Project Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on
Friday, March 17th in downtown Cumberland. VIP speakers included Mayor Raymond Morris,
Secretary Kevin Anderson, Maryland Department of Commerce, and Comptroller of Maryland,
Brooke Lierman. Other speakers included Mark Widmyer from Maryland Senator Mike McKay's office,
Matt Miller, Executive Director of the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation, and Melinda
Kelleher, Executive Director of the Downtown Development Commission.
