The Downtown Development Commission (DDC) is pleased to announce the Winter Festival Bicycle Decorating Contest. This contest will be a part of the Cumberland Winter Festival and Market to take place in Downtown Cumberland on December 14th.

The contest will provide an opportunity for non-profits, school clubs/organizations and community organizations to decorate a bicycle and be eligible for cash prizes.

First Prize: $1,000
Second Prize: $500
Third Prize: $250
Fourth Prize: $150
Fifth Prize: $100
