While city leaders continue to express optimism about the proposed Baltimore Street Redevelopment Project, Cumberland Mayor Ray Morriss is suggesting that we may need to curb our enthusiasm somewhat. The $9.5 million project, which includes major infrastructure upgrades and a reopening to vehicular traffic, is tentatively scheduled for a groundbreaking ceremony in late summer.
