The Ferleman Gallery is hosting an exclusive screening of the documentary The Journey Home. The film features the hopes and challenges of families with young kids moving to the USA. The story was created to share the real stories of immigration through the eyes of children. The kids and their parents negoiate their experiences, hopes, fears and the universal thread that connects their stories.
The showing will also include an interview with the filmmaker, Desmond Denton, conducted by Dr. Thomas Ferleman. A Q&A will also take place, allowing the Frostburg,MD resident, Desmond, to answer questions.
