By the end of October you’ve orchestrated trunk trick-or-treat lines in the parking lot, you’ve made sure every kid gets a prize of some kind for their costume, and you’ve survived teen party drama from those too old to knock on doors. Now it’s time to dress up and go out dancing yourself. Cut loose at the Embassy Theatre’s Hocus Pocus Homecoming Dance costume party for grownups!
Come downtown for some spooky fun as we kick off Halloween week at our Hocus Pocus Homecoming. Play silly-scary games, be very afraid during our costume contests, howl with karaoke by DJ Everline. Plus free goodies, cider, and prizes to die for. All this and a zombie dance performance to Michael Jackson's "Thriller."
This eerie benefit for the theatre is $25 each, or $40 per couple. Embassy Theatre strives to make our offerings accessible and welcoming to all, we want to share a portion of our fundraising proceeds with the children's advocacy group this year.
The fun starts Friday, October 25, at 8 PM. Doors and café open one hour before the music begins. Tickets may be purchased here: Hocus Pocus Homecoming, or call the box office to make reservations and guarantee seating at (240) 362-7183. The café will be open for snacks and beverages; proof of age required for alcohol. Free parking available after 5 PM in the CBIZ lot on Mechanic Street.
