The Cumberland Winter Festival and Market will take place at Canal Place Plaza on December 2 and December 9 from 5PM - 9PM. Festivities will include live music, arts and crafts vendors, retail vendors, food and beverages, free gift wrapping, kid's games and art activities, adult games, fire pits to warm up and toast marshmallows, and more!
